Return Policy 

At Jelita Exports Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our export and customized production process, returns and refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

1. A return request must be raised within 5-7 days of delivery.
2. Returns are accepted only if:
   • The product delivered is damaged during transit.
   • The product specifications do not match the confirmed order.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and without any physical damage caused after delivery.
4. Transportation costs for approved returns will be handled based on the case and prior agreement.
