   • Availability of shipping vessels/trucks
3. Once the shipment leaves our facility, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
4. Jelita Exports Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, port congestion, or third-party shipping carriers.
5. In case of visible damage to the packaging during delivery, customers must notify the logistics team immediately and record the damage before signing the delivery receipt.
